Assistant Organist required
for our beautiful 13th Century church with the oldest pair of bells in the country!
The current organist Lynda Macgowan requires a backup organist for holidays, sickness etc.
Lynda says she is a pianist with a limited knowledge of organ playing and it is not difficult. The organ is quite small - just one manual and 6 stops to cope with.
It is just a matter of playing hymns only - nothing expert required. If there is anyone who would be interested call Lynda on 01795 476274.
Iwade Community Primary has joined forces with Fones4Schools by recycling old mobile phones in any age or condition.
For every 200 phones the school will receive £300 so
please drop your old phones into the School office if you would like to help.
