Tuesday 7th September the Iwade Youth Group is set to open at Iwade Village Hall 7.30-9-30pm, and thereafter every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The group will include a range of activities and a café bar for members between the age of 11- 15 yrs and is being run by Carol and Colin and a team of volunteers from the village.

The Youth Group currently has the facility to run movies, karaoke, music /dance nights and table sports.

They will be aiming to set up a group for the youth of Iwade to meet and have a direct say over what the groups future activities could be. The group will be affiliated to Kent County Council through Kent Youth and will have the support to provide additional activities and group outings.

This exciting venture is for the use of all young people in and around the village and they hope that it will be a popular club.
